Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of when you placed your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.

Your order must be returned in the same shipping materials as you received it from us. Please do not ship anything back in the manufacturer’s box with any shipping labels or writing on the product’s box. If the item has been installed or used, or if the package is missing original materials, or if the product box’s quality has been reduced there will be a restocking fee since that item will not be able to be resold as new.

To complete your return, please contact us to fill out a return request form.

Customers are responsible for creating and purchasing their own shipping label to return orders to Ronin Distribution

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days, or however long it takes your bank to process the refund.
